Looks like a Have a bad Logic Board that needs replacing. I have a 1.2Ghz in my iBook g4 now. Can I and is there any real advantage to upgrade to the 1.33Ghz Logic board?

The 1.33ghz 12" model has many different parts that wont fit in precedent models: Metal frame (that support the logic board), Airport card, bluethoot module, reed switch cable and board, airport cable, hard drive connector, trackpad, upper metal shield, ram shield, sleep magnet (now located in the LCD display). So no you can't swap a 1.2ghz iBook 12" logic board in a 1.33 12" case without spending money and time on the project.
