All sound is muted yet speakers have power
My Dell Inspiron 580 has "mute" on the task bar speaker icon and on every video requiring a speaker. All speakers have power from the computer and the dancing rainbow speakers dance rhythmically to unheard music. I must have a "mute" button pushed or checked but I cannot find it.
What should I do now?
