will not turn on after screen install.

my MacBook won't turn on after I installed a new lcd from this site. I followed the instructions provided.

When I press the power button, the fan turns on and shuts off within a second and the sleep light blinks intermittently

If I unplug the Charger, the fan and light turns and shuts off once.

My battery light is showing all green.

I've tried resetting all the connections that were involved and it did not help.
