How to copy start / clock screen photo to local computer

I have an important photo that is used as a start / clock screen bacground image. Unfortunately some one deleted orginal photo from the phone. How can I copy background photo to my local PC. Windows Explorer does not show bacground photos.

I know this photo exist in phone since I can see it.
