will replacing the motherboard give me a fresh phone

My iPhone 4 stopped working recently tried to restore through iTunes come up with error then I took it to a pho ne technician n said it was broke but found out on internet it could be fixed just asking as I don't want to pay for something that is not what I needed in the first place thankyou

Ps I'f it's any help it shut down and restarted but when it loads the apple logo it goes abit dull with a line through it then does it again

Yes it will. You can sign back into your Apple account and get back your apps and what you have in iCloud. All pictures not in the cloud will be lost.. If you just want to get a "fresh phone" then go to Settings<General<Reset (at the bottom)<Erase All Content and Settings. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask :)

Thankyou I would try and reset it if I could lol but it wont load up not bothered about my pics or anything on there just want my phone back lol feels like I've lost a limb it's easier for me to fix this than buy a new one just another question tho would a 4s motherboard fit or not my friends got one with a smashed screen n can't be bothered to fix it n asked if I wanted it for spares
