I would go to the Apple Store with your receipt and see if they will exchange out your phone. Even if they can't exchange it I would have them do it as parts are going to still be a while and you don't want to be the first one.

No, you'll need to go to the AppleStore Genius bar they will repair or replace it. BestBuy only sells and they don't offer any real service. The AppleStore won't care where you bought your phone. Please save your self some money here.
