Why does the microwave stop heating after 5 seconds?
The microwave panel still works, the fan works the exhaust works on it but the heating shuts down after 5 seconds. what could cause this?

There few things which can stop heating
-your magnetron can be heating up very fast
- your themostat mounted on the magnetron must have failed
- the electronic board can also stop heating process
