I have gone through and restarted the phone, factory reset, cleared the cache, cleared the data on the camera, and restarted it and I have not found a resolution to this issue. Has anyone seen this before? I have also replaced the camera on the device as well.

Download other camera apps and try those it has worked for me before. You could also be so full on your memory that the camera app to work.
