zune won't charge, any service shop?
hi, I assume it is the part in the device which connects to the cable, anyone can help?

ariel, your assumption could be right, but first you want to check a few things. Try a different cable and try a different computer or AC adapter. If that still does not work, replace the battery. Use this guide for the repair. Should a new battery still not work, then you are looking at a logic board repair. The connector is solder directly to the board. It will require some good tools and great skills to change that. Hope this helps, good luck

thanks, very helpful, the only thing is I live out of the States and it won't be easy to get the parts I need.
ariel, there are plenty of international company out there that might ship to your country. Give those a try.
