No service with valid SIM on device after digitizer replacement

I replaced the digitizer on a lumia 625. Before the replacement I could call, after the replacement the phone recognizes the sim and show the operator in the selection list but I can't call, send text messages or use internet.

I replaced the lower board (the one with the USB connector) and now there is no service, although the SIM card is properly detected (I can use the "SIM version" feature for example)

No network appears even in manual selection. Antenna wire & pigtail do not seem damaged.

Any idea?

It seems that the antennas are integrated inside the back plastic cover (the one you need to unscrew to access the battery), and is connected to the mother & daughter boards via spring contacts. You may try to clean those spring contacts using alcohool, maybe they are dirty following the spillage... I'll give a try tomorrow with mine (left at work)
