So I have a insurance for phone from Wells Fargo.

They require Diagnostic Form (stating what's broken and what need to be done including prices) to me to claim.

Are you able to give me this diagnostic form?

Seems a bits silly they are asking for that insurance in my eyes for phones is a scam because they will do there upmost to get out of fixing it..

Ring them back tell them I pay insurance now fix my phone.

Like why would they be looking prices and diagnostic form that's why you got insurance for them to tell you
