when i connect my charger, it shows the charging icon. but even for a 4,5 hours, it doesn't charging. also when i press the power button, screen displays a dim light and doesn't turn on it.

Put your battery into other Note 3 to check the battery works or not.
And you can put the other battery into your Note 3 to check the charging port is work or not.

Check if the battery is swollen, If is swollen then replace the battery
