My iPod touch generation 1 is disabled for 7324021 minutes

My ipod touch generation 1 is disabled for 7,324,024 minutes, can you help me just undisable it? I know the password but I can not undisable it for some reason and i really want to get on it. I do not know how it got like this but I need help

If plugging your device into the computer and using Itunes to restore it doesn't work then you may have to use the recovery mode which you can find detailed instructions here:

Assuming you've backed up your iPod Touch, you may then restore your information onto the device and continue using normally. If you have any further questions please ask away.

Put your device in DFU mode, (hold power and home for 10 seconds let go of power hold home until computer recognizes) Backup your ipod firstly, then factory restore.

You're not doing it right. If it doesnt work, the user isn't doing something. It takes a coiple tries to get it right.
