What does three "beeps" mean?
When I press the power button I get three beeps and nothing else. What is wrong?

Bad RAM. Re-seat the RAM one at a time and one in each slot to check to see if a slot has gone bad. So doing it this way you test both the RAM and the slots. This machine has been know to lose a slot.

The aluminium PowerBook 15" 1.33/1.5ghz is the one known to lose the lower ram slot not the Titanium G4.
lem - thanks. I've also see three of the Titanium lose slots and two MacBooks as well as the Aluminums
