Broken display after changing the battery

Hi everybody.

First of all, I've to say that your guide about how to replace the iTouch 4g battery was awesome... Simply I was too clumsy.

The battery was weld and replaced perfectly, but when I was assembling my device again, I did something that broke my LCD display (I think that it's what's broken), and now my ipod works like you can see in the video:

Everything works fine, but it looks a little ugly so, what should I do? The glass screen is not broken so, could I buy and replace just the display?
