I expand the memory with a module pc2700s 512mb, ddr 333mhz,during it is working, sudenly goes to freeze, an when restarting, the memory is in 512 mb.i ll tried whith 2 diferents modules, and is the same for boths.help mee. thanks.

There's a very good chance that your RAM slot is bad. Did you use different brands of RAM or RAM from different suppliers?
