Toshiba P755-S5215 2 right side USB ports dont work. Can I fix it?
How can I fix the problem? Please help. Thanks in advance.

You have to take your laptop apart and resolder or replace those non-functioning usb ports. This might not be an easy task. Instead you might get an usb hub and plug it to a working usb port and get additional usb ports.
