when I try to turn on my computer I can see the fan is running and the witness in front of the pc lights. but the pc will turn off after 3-4 seconds and then reboot still remains as it tried to start it but something blocks

Try removing the battery and the power cord. Hold the power button on for a few seconds. Insert battery and power cord then power on the system and see if that helps.

sorry but the problem is already the same. i had desasembled all my laptop and tryed to add the minimum materiels that the laptop need to boot but nothing .

Also, remove your RAM. Try to restart after you re-connect everything and listen for any POST beep. Which PB laptop is it?

Have you checked your power supply? Do you get the proper voltage? Have you check your charging port to make sure it gets power? What model laptop is it?

the ram is tested and good power supply is good too the processor tested and certified, every thing work correctly but my laptop dont turn on i think is not porblem with power but i think is the boot bios. but i don't now how to fix it.
