Does Not recognize its own Hard Drive

Tekst:

Even though I zero'd out the 30 gb HD,and put 10.4.3 Tiger on the Hard Drive. After a reboot, the PowerBook doesnt see the Hard drive. I can't get the CPU to see the partition. In Disk Utilities on the Original Tiger disk it sees the Hard Drive but not the partition. I cant even repair the disk.
