Jason Burk the connector popped off where? On the motherboard or on the touchpad? As for the touchpad, it looks like it is part of the top cover and it does not look like getting it separately is an option. In that case just get the top cover with it. Compatibility will always be an issue if you try anything different then from a m6 series. The ones from that series should all interchange.
