Aidan, the WiFi is part of the Communication board. The instructions [guide|446|are here] and the parts are relatively expensive as well, do a Communication Board search on Google. Of course make sure that you antenna wire is properly installed and not disconnected etc. I am sure you have tried the Apple solutions as well, http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1398 ?
