I have purchased a  iPhone  X, It doesn’t turn on without  it being plugged in. I have opened it and seems it has had a housing and battery is loose also doesn’t have the apple logo so its a replacement?

Once its plugged in it goes straight to the connect to itunes logo, connected to itunes but phone never completes the restore as it always turns of.

If i get a genuine battery replacement do you think it will get it out of itunes etc
