leaheverhart, If you have already replace the battery and ensured it is fully charged and camera is not powering on, the power button/switch could be faulty, internal bad connection/component on the mother board bad. (1st link is for troubleshooting Nikon Coolpix AW130). If able to return under warranty for repair/replacement/refund. If not under warranty, the disassembly guide (2nd link)will get you inside to check power button/loose,bad connections/loose, damaged components and enable you to change mother board if deemed necessary.
