Okay just checked in the service manual and it looks like the following: 30 headlamp L low 20 headlamp R low 28 headlamp L high 27 headlamp R high hope this helps.

Okay just checked in the service manual and it looks like the following: 30 headlamp L low, 20 headlamp R low, 28 headlamp L high, 27 headlamp R high, hope this helps.
I think that it is fuses 47-50, 2 of them are 15 amp two are 10 amp,47 for right 48 for left.But if nothing else, this is a good place for any further info and questions that may come up http://www.nissanclub.com/ ....good luck
