Stacie, you could try an charge your battery and see if your phone turns on. you can than check to see if your computer can access the phone via a USB cable or try to safe them to an SD card which you can than connect to a PC via a card reader. If you can not turn on the phone, then there is no way to get any files (unless you saved them to an SD card instead of the internal memory. Hope this helps, good luck.
