It can either be a hardware of software problem, lets check it one by one. First try to download the updated driver from your machine`s manufacturer`s website then install it. If the problem still persist then its defiantly the hardware level problem which is caused by faulty LCD cable of r joint so you can further take it to some hardware shop.
