Having the same problem with my pair of TT-BH22. Headphones worked fine for awhile, but the left speaker now fades in and out. It’s really annoying.
When I got the headphones, they seemed like a good value. But if they’re not going to last, then in the long run they are more expensive than a better-built pair, and of course worse for the environment.

Can anyone tell me what kind of battery is used in the handsfree because I can not ship it out of the country to claim anything that will be expensive for me as I live in Pakistan and have to fix the battery though

The connection sounds is keeping playing over and over. I can't shut it off, not the sound, not the box, nothing. What should I do? Is there a reset button somewhere?
Thanks for the help (I'‘m hearing this sound for 2 hours now and is driving me nuts).

You need to reset your TaoTronics. There are two tiny holes between the AUX IN and MicroUSB charging port. Take a paper clip and use one end to push into the lower tiny hole , the same way you would do to get the sim card tray out of your iPhone. The connection sounds should stop. Good luck and have a good day! Bill LH

On the side of the PulseX speaker the Micro-USB input is located to the right, and to the left you will see the Aux In 3.5mm audio port. Directly between these two connections, are two small diameter holes one above the other about 1/4” vertical spacing (one hole is the size of a small paper clip’s wire diameter. The second hole is even smaller yet in diameter and located directly below the paper clip sized hole.). The smallest hole, on the bottom, is the reset button.
Use a twist tie with a wire core and strip away the plastic or paper coating to expose the wire approximately 1/4” from the end of the twist tie . That very small diameter wire will fit into the reset access hole. Be sure to use the stiffest twist tie you can find. Insert the exposed wire end of the twist tie and apply pressure to the reset button just inside the hole. It will require only about 10 seconds, or less, before the recurring connection sound abates and the speaker will power down. The PulseX should restart normally thereafter.

Only been using mine for a couple of weeks but although paired to phone I either get loads of interference or no sound at all. Definitely paired as I can control volume but no sound at all

Just bought a pair of these today and can’t get them working with bluetooth. I switched to Virgin Media a year or so ago and since then the printer has refused to work so I suspect something went wrong after the switch over. When I try to add a new bluetooth device, I’m just getting a ‘no devices found’ message. Does anyone know if there’s an idiot’s guide anywhere to sort this? It’s the same on both the PC and the Laptop. Also the Volume buttons on the headphones have no effect? Thanks

Open up your connect to blue tooth settings.
Select connect to blue tooth device button.
Now, press and hold down the power on button on your ear buds/plugs, and continue holding until your computer recognizes them.
Listen for an ascending or rising tone as an indicator the process is working.
However, be aware, if you hold and hear a descending or deeper tone…
…you just shut off the ear buds/plugs.
If you press the Power On Button and do not hold it down, your laptop/pc may not connect with the ear buds/plugs.
It may take more than one time to get this to work.

I tried to charge the earphone, but the light won’t turn red. I made sure my USB power source is turned on, the entry points are clear, and the USB is inserted correctly. I’ve tried with an adapter and my computer USB port. Why isn’t it charging/the light turning red?
Sunny Labid - Antwoord
I'm having the same problem. Did you get it solved?

I am unable to charge the headphones. When I plug them in, the red light turns on then goes off after 30 seconds. I have tested multiple cables. I can only assume the set is faulty and I will be returning these.

I have an unusual problem: my Taotronic headphones won’t turn OFF. (I have over-ear with noise cancelling, supposedly the “2020 version”.) The blue ON light is stuck on. They won’t connect to anything. They won’t play anything. They won’t turn off with the power button. Holding + and - volume buttons does not initiate a factory reset, nor does holding minus and the power button (another suggestion I found somewhere). They won’t do anything, turn off, or reset. It’s as if they have “crashed”. I am going to leave them switched on (I have no choice!) and see if they drain the battery and then I can try turning them on again, though that could take a long time given that the battery is in fact quite good. Anyone any other ideas?
