Coffee Maker Overflowing
While brewing the coffee, the machine spills water over the top of the pot.
Decanter has been removed
Removing the decanter for over 30 seconds, while the unit is brewing could cause the coffee maker to overflow. Be sure the decanter is replaced promptly if moved.
Decanter not properly positioned
Decanter must be placed directly centered, underneath the brew basket in the unit.
Using too many coffee grounds
If there are more coffee grounds than what can comfortably fit in the brew basket, it will cause issues during brewing.
Filter folded/not properly positioned
Filter must be opened and placed in the center of the brew basket, wetting the edges of the filter can help ensure it does not shift out of place.
Brew basket not closed
Be sure the brew basket is fully closed and latched.
Coffee grounds too finely ground
Only use ground coffees designed for automated-drip coffee makers.

Inadequate time to allow for proper heating
When initially starting the coffee maker, it is necessary to wait at least 20 minutes to allow the water in the internal tank to reach the ideal brewing temperature. Only 10 minutes is needed when brewing consecutive pots.
Automated timer has gone off
This unit has an automated 1-hour shut off feature, consume the coffee before the shut off to ensure warmth.
Unit is not plugged into a working outlet
Check your outlet with another device to ensure power.
Clock Malfunctioning
Difficulties setting or adjusting the clock on the unit.
Clock flashing on control panel
The clock will flash on the control panel to indicate that the time has not been set
Press and hold the “HOUR” and “MINUTE” buttons until you reach the current time. The PM indicator will display when a PM hour is showing.
Unit displaying incorrect time
Pressing any button before setting the clock will cause the clock to start keeping time from 12:00 a.m.
Broken Unit Pieces
Cracked or fractured pieces cannot be repaired and need to be replaced.
