Computer Freezing
The laptop unresponsive or unable to perform regular tasks, or it takes too long.
Out of Memory
In some cases, the amount of memory your device has is full, making the computer run out of its ability to do the operation you’ve asked it to perform. Try deleting some unnecessary programs or files, photo and files are a common culprit, and then restart your computer.
Faulty Motherboard

Device won’t turn on
The laptop does not respond or power on.
Battery is Out of Charge
If your battery has run out of charge, you may need to plug in your device for a few minutes before attempting to turn it on. Make sure your device is plugged in, wait five minutes, then try turning your device on again.
Battery is Faulty
Your battery may have kicked the bucket, i.e. it no longer holds a charge, and it may need replacing. Follow this link to our replacement guide. (link will soon be placed here)
Windows errors AKA “blue screens of death”
A blue screen is displayed along with an error message.
Incompatible Software
Uninstall any recently installed applications prior to receiving the error. This also holds true for updates on previously installed software. To do so, go to the bottom left of your screen and type in the search bar, "Control Panel". After that, click on "Uninstall a Program" underneath "Programs". A list of these programs will be displayed. Right click on the one you want to uninstall and click "Uninstall". It is recommended that you restart your device after uninstalling.
Out of Date Hardware Drivers
For some drivers that can’t be updated automatically, it is necessary to check the manufacturer’s website and manually install those updates to ensure that they stay up to date. Follow the link, click on the button that says "launch now" and follow the prompts.
Faulty Motherboard
Motherboard failure can be a cause of the Blue Screen of Death and may need to be replaced. Follow the “motherboard replacement guide” to get started. Follow this link to our replacement guide. (link will soon be placed here)
Unresponsive Screen
The laptop screen blurry, there are black lines on the screen, there is no response to touch, and the screen remains the same.
Out of Random Access Memory
It may be the case that a simple restart will solve the issue. Try pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds.
Faulty Display Assembly

Corrupt Files
A message is displayed on the screen with the words “corrupt files”
Infected with Viruses
You may need to scan the laptop for viruses. Try using a reputable anti-virus software.
Bad Sectors in Hard Disk
