I was looking for more info on the problem, but can add this. Vizio customer support is GREAT. I learned that you can unplug the tv and, likely on the bottom left side of the tv, wherever your HDMI ports are, is a silver cylinder looking button you push for at least 15 seconds. Then replug the cord. If that does not fix the problem it needs to be repaired. I was given the phone # for their repair folks, who I was told can give me an estimate for the repair. Then I can decide if it is worth it or just buy another tv. I have to wait till Monday to call them as they are closed on Sat-Sun. Hope this helps.
