I have the same problem and wonder if anyone can help with where this part goes in the 4S as its the only part left, phone...

My camera still not working and the jumpers look fine so dont seem to need resoldering. Strangely the camera works perfectly with facetime both front and back but wont work with camera, any camera apps, add photo to text msg etc Will only work with facetime so I would say its a software problem? Any ideas? Thanks

I have the same problem and wonder if anyone knows where this part goes and the 4S had broken screen and back. Replaced and all working fine expect for the camera and this left over part which I cannot see where it goes? Thanks Part left over after rebuild 4S
