The keyboard now types 2 of every key touched, perhaps needs cleaning, does anyone know how to "clean" the keys on this...

Oh, Hi Lin! It has been a while and I forgot where to put a suggestion. So, here we go again: I had to unplug the printer from the wall socket, count to ten quickly, so the energized electrical TBs (thingybobs) did not forget what they should remember, and plugged the printer back into the wall socket. WaLa! It works just fine. Sometimes, things get headaches too or get overwhelmed, like we humans do. I love the compact efficiency of the HP Envy. Good Luck! PS OMG, it has been since 2016, hope you got it going before now… even so, HP is a pretty darn reliable printer company. take care!
