Hi, my name is Thomas Garrett, and I am a Junior at Grand Valley State University

I am a Writing Major, and I want to create stories that capture people's attention with my degree. I would love to be a Script Writer, or something related to creative writing in movies or television.

Previously certified as an ASE mechanic working at a repair shop. I have done basic repair work on cars such as brakes or suspension. In addition, barebones electronic repair as a technology sales associate.

I consider myself an avid Gamer, and someone who has been extremely passionate about technology and mechanical items my whole life. I think it is always important to know how to fix what you own or use every day. Such as cars, phones, and even game consoles. I hope this project with ifixit will give me a chance to educate myself further in another area of repair.
