Hello all. I have been a Dash user since they originally made it available. According to insulet one of the very first. I was so glad to get rid of the huge Eros unit. My very first one the battery was good and it lasted me a long time until they sent me a replacement unit because there was a programming issue when we Bolus. Every unit I have had since after that 1st one has not lasted battery wise for more than a couple of months. I call up and talk to Support and every time I tell them just to send me a replacement battery. Instead they always send me a replacement unit. So far with the last one being last week that I had to replace, they have sent me five units all together instead of five batteries throughout the years. If you need another battery you're not going to get it I've talked to everybody at Insulet and they say that they'll send you a battery and every one of the 4 other times I've asked they always sent a whole unit.
