The problem may be th internals or software you can determine the problem based of what happened before it boot looped for me i got really mad and threw it and its stuck on a boot loop seeing as i threw it it may be the internals im not an engineer but you can fix it easily at home once you determined the problems and the solutions maybe tools. goodluck in determining the problems=)
