As for the parts necessary, you will have to buy them elsewhere - eBay should have all the parts you need, but be aware that certain users have found that the knock-off made-in-China lasers have had a high fault-rate. There are plenty of other websites that have what you are looking for...a simple Google search (or even a simpler thing of looking through the question sections of this website for the PS3) would have shown you everything you needed to know, and you would have seen that this question has been asked and answered at least 10 times on this website alone.
