Turn your ipod off im sure you can when the screen is diabled then hold the home key in then plug it into your computer (itunes) this will put your ipod into recovery mode then you must restore it well thats all that will come up. once it has restored you can re-sync it to your itunes. this also works on pin locked iphones ipod etc etc etc....!
