The wash motor is probably mot moving the water. You will need to verify 120vav coming from the two light blue wires on the board. if you have 120vac when the motor is supposed to be running you need a motor, if not hten you need a board.

You will need a control panel if some of the buttons are not responding at all. You can look up the part using the model number.

If the four lights that are flashing are over buttons and flashing quickly you will need a user inferface as the buttons are stuck.

if you hear a humming noise when the washer is supposed to be spinning something is physically blocking the motor from turning or the motor is bad. You will have to diagnose whether the problem is the board, heater, tco ot thermister. If a light above a button flashes quickly it means that button is stuck and the console with UI needs to be replaced. If there is no response whatsoever from the unit when the start button is pressed chances are the console with the UI needs to be replaced. You can use the model number to find the part on any number of sites. If you replace the console I would strongly recommend replacing the board thermal fuse as well, it tends to go out a few days after touching the wires in the control area.
