I had similar issue with my Heat/AC system.... No heat in cold days but cool air instead from front and rear vents. Turns out, i had a slow leak to my cooling system and was loosing coolant. Once topped up, all was fine and good strong heat was had. Check Coolant and make sure at a good level, as that has been the quickest resolve for my issues.
