Samsung Displays are the more high tech on the market, OLED Display ,TouchScreen and Front glass come from factory in sandwich mode less than 2mm, replacing single parts such as OLED or Touch Screen requires expensive equipment, and in your case you have a bad OLED Display (The Expensive Part), so you have to replace the complete Screen sandwich. If you replaced your screen, it can be excess of glue( If was a aftermarket Screen), you can try the camera without installing it on the Screen and if is clear, the Front Camera hole/windows is the problem.
It is possible, the port is attached to the motherboard, somebody with experience have to take this repair, copper pads are easy to damage when you are de-soldering the old port. iPad 6 Teardown

I found the schematics basically is a LG Display the model is LM270WQ1, and has a led strips. that connection goes to the led strips you can find some guys on google (I can’t share links ) that are replacing the led strips from the display panel. You can do a right repair: Find the broken piece and solder it back, or Order a new piece and solder it back, or take the piece from a donor board and solder it back. You can do a quick repair: Remove the head from the cable, solder the outside cable to ground and the internal cable to the signal pad. Is a five minutes task, but you need to have the equipment and the knowledge to complete the task. From $30 to $50 I think it’s OK
