It has to do with the glue in the screen it is yellow before it dries. It will get better in a few days if it does not, then it has to do with the back light, and you have the worst luck ever
Meer informatieThere is no size difference with the chips. But while Im talking, I STRONGLY recommend upgrading the ram yourself. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...-_-20-226-021-_-Product 8GBs of Ram is $244.99 and it takes just a few minutes to install it yourself. Just remember when buying RAM that it uses laptop RAM, not Desktop RAM If you want, you will be able to sell the 2GB of MacMini RAM for about $40 on eBay. You can get the screw driver you need for $1 there was well, The net cost of doing it yourself is $200. Apple will charge you $300 more than doing it yourself. You could buy an iPhone 4 and have a $100 to make it rain in the club. (jk) Wait a week or so for a tutorial on how to change the newer Mac Mini Ram comes out though. (I read this and assumed he was going to pay the $500. It never crossed my mind that he was asking about the size of the chip so he could do it himself. I am retarded :)
Meer informatieDoes it show the list of songs and show on the screen that it is playing the song? If the songs are displaying normally on the iPod screen, but you are hearing nothing through the headphones, perhaps you need to clean out your headphone jack with a Q-tip. I had this problem before because a large piece of dust had gotten stuck in there. Also try your headphones on your computer to be sure that your headphones are not the problem.
Meer informatieOpen it back up and disconnect the cable labeled 1. Then blow on it or wipe it off and connect it again. Be sure this cable is completely connected. On my iPhone this cable is always a booger and does not want to snap on very well. It took me several tries to connect it properly. When you do get it on there with a responsive snap when you push it down, reset it again and it should work. If it doesn't then its possible you messed something else up, but more likely that the screen is faulty. Update: My cable #1 will pop open very easily as soon as i open the phone. It has never popped off when it is closed you could have just bought a new glass for the front which is less than $10, since (i think) cable 1 connects to the touch screen glass.

There isn't any tape on mine either
I'm guessing its not a big deal and you other guys should not worry about putting it back on if you don't want to.
