Antwoord op "Updated phone and now I can't unlock it"Hi! I was on the phone with the tech support team at BLU couple minutes ago and this is what they told me... They just told me that they will do a remote rollback of all the updated phone and there is no ETA for this... else if you need to access your phone right away you have to do a factory reset but you'll loose all your data. Seriously I'm a professional Quality Assurance Manager and someone at BLU didn't do is job properly and validate the update before sending it on the market... terrible!!!
