Hi, You can try deleting everything in the temp folder in the local appdata folder within your user folder. C/users/username/appdata/localTemp. Note that some items may not delete. Also you will need to change the view settings for folders to see hidden folders as the appdata folder is hidden by default. You can also download ATFCleaner. It’s free and works well. HI- I have not used an iPod in a while but if memory serves me correctly0 depending on the version it is using, you should have a fade option in your music or track settings- i suggest you start there- If that does not work and you just updated to a new version- you can call Apple. Apple does not charge for outdated warranty work if the issue started after downloading a newer version- I dont know if this applies but you can try that.
Hi, I know it can be a pain to resolve this. You really only have 1 of 3 choices. OPTION1 (probably not going to work but it may) You can’t restore an encrypted backup without its password. With iOS 11 or later, you can make a new encrypted backup of your device by resetting the password. Here’s what to do: (1) On your iOS device, go to Settings > General > Reset. (2) Tap Reset All Settings and enter your iOS passcode. (3) Follow the steps to reset your settings. This won't affect your user data or passwords, but it will reset settings like display brightness, Home screen layout, and wallpaper. It also removes your encrypted backup password. (4) Connect your device to iTunes again and create a new encrypted backup. You won't be able to use previous encrypted backups, but you can back up your current data using iTunes and setting a new backup password.
