even new batteries from reputable sellers, like iFixit, can be bad right out of the box, numbers game, millions produced, some fail after factory quality control tests. go back over the install, check connector under microscope, to see if there is debris like little foam or adhesive pieces in connector or there could be a damaged pin.
Meer informatiedamage to the earpiece speaker will do this, I am guilty of doing this a few times during repair, but water/moisture can get in and damage the speaker. has anything compressed the dust shield? that would interfere with the speaker as well. was there any work done to it? screen replaced etc,? the component may be slightly off or obscured by the adhesive. hope this helps

Meer informatietry reattaching the old screen to determine if phone is still working, a whisker of solder or anything conductive can easily short something out. if all works try the new screen and boot in sequences like screen only, screen and digitizer, screen, digitizer and finger sensor, etc. isolate if that is causing your issue. examine the connectors and cables for damage or bent pins on screen and main board
