This might not be a problem with the tv, it could be more or less the PlayStation or even the cable that you used causing the problem, I'd suggest starting with getting a new HDMI cable, if that seems not to work, then look at the teardown guide and make sure everything looks in place, and even look in the port, make sure there's nothing odd looking inside of it (TV and Playstation). If you see nothing wrong with that, see if the charging port is loose, as this is common in low budget devices. If you see nothing wrong with that then I'm sorry, But your tablet had its run.
Meer informatieif you mean what I believe you mean by disfigured then its more then likely a loose cable, nothing to stress over, but before having them comeback in, I suggest asking her to preform a hard reset on the devoice (Home Button+Power button at the same time until you can see the apple logo), and if that doesn't work then check the cables, if nothing seems wrong, purchase another led/digitizer here- iPad 2 Screen Digitizer Assembly Update (11/30/2016): I've seen those before, Here's Your definite 1 of 2 solutions. A. Make sure that the cable connecting the digitizer to the device is in and secured, as it could be loose, causing the issue. B. If A Doesn't work, there's something wrong with the digitizer, I'd suggest returning it and buying a brand new one.

Meer informatieIt's more then likely a problem with the digitizer, I had the same problem with an iPhone 6s, I ended up buying a new LCD and Digitizer for it, after replacing them they worked fine. if I where you I'd look into buying a digitizer (If they are for sale) and seeing if you can find a guide for it either on this website or somewhere else.
