If you are seeing horizontal flickering lines then you may have a touch screen ic chip issue. This has been seen before many times on iphone 6 and 6 plus also known as "touch disease." If it looks like the symptoms you are having look like the one in the pic provided then don't purchase a new lcd/screen because it will not fix the issue.

Meer informatieHonestly i'm 99.9% confident it is a bad digitizer. You should not have had to replace your lcd though because that has nothing to do with your "touch response." Hopefully you can get a refund, if you need more consulting you may check this out. https://goo.gl/D8uvtn

Meer informatieYour best bet is to replace your front facing camera with another. At the same time you can also replace your bent frame while you are getting your cracked screen fixed. You may ask for free consulting here.
Meer informatieRemove the the back cover and bezel. Then you'll see the motherboard there and you want to remove that as well. Don't worry about removing the bottom charging port or any other components. Underneath where the motherboard was you will see the digitizer flex connection (not the lcd flex cable). You may try sliding it out of the connector and placing it back in. Assemble everything back together and your samsung galaxy should work.
