Antwoord op "Blu Studio 5.5 will not turn on"I bought the Blue phone from Microsoft Canada store and stopped working after a month. Now the Blue company in Florida wants me to pay for shipping both ways to fix it which is still under 1 year warranty which Microsoft does not honor. Microsoft wouldn't even allow me to post a negative review of the blue product on their site for review of this phone. No wonder people think this crappy phone is good as there are no negative reviews on the Microsoft store. This is by far my worst purchase experience in a new phone ever. Lesson learned never purchase a cheap phone from an unknown brand who don't care about customers.
