It'd be great to mentioned that not all PS3 looks like that. Mine doesn't have a clearly labeled HDD, nor a clear door on the side. There's a small door on the bottom of the system which when opened reveals the blue screw. Then you slide the small cover (the one with all the DVD, BluRay, HDMI labels) to the right. Pull the handle and the HDD will come out strait towards you.
If I recall, not everyone can replace the home button on the previous iPhone because there was a chip on the cable that has some data that's tied to the specific motherboard (apple citing that it was a security feature). Only a reprogram at Apple can "pair" a new home button to a phone. I wonder if this is like that? But without any moving parts, it's a lot more reliable of course.
I tried the taptic feedback 6S+ in a store and to be frank, it doesn't feel much different then using the old vibrate motors from any other phone. Granted, it does have faster reaction then those that use a spinning weight motor but looking at the old 6 Plus teardown, there really isn't that much of a difference. I mean seriously, go take a look and compare. The shape of the weights is a little different but the underlaying tech is basically the same. I don't see any reason why "3D touch" can't be incorporated on the old 6 Plus (other then to get people to buy the new phone). The hardware required for 3D touch (touchscreen + shaftless vibrator) is all available on the 6 Plus. The rest is simply software. Now you might say the 6S senses pressure but it really does not (please correct me with proof if I'm wrong). It doesn't have an actual pressure sensor like the macbooks. The screen (I believe) is using the size of your touch to determine pressure, not actual pressure.
The left piece of top and bottom in step 10 shows the front and back of magnet and circuit board respectively. The right top and bottom is the front and back of the voice coil and diaphragm respectively.
The pieces fit as follows: Back outer cover, magnet/circuit bard, voice coil/diaphragm, front outer cover.
I wonder if you can switch out the sim slot with the dual sim slot of the Chinese version and get a real dual sim upgrade.
