Bloated battery

Mijn probleem

MB Pro battery, expanded beyond the battery case that held it and the MB Pro body that held the battery. It looked bit like I did last Thanksgiving, anyway I ordered a replacement from ifixit after looking into many online options that had lots of promises that left me with little confidence. After years of sponging off their free online repair videos. Paying it back was the right thing to do, right?

Mijn oplossing

I made the correct choice in ifixit. The replacement unit shipped fast, fit perfectly, came fully charged, works as it should. I love apple but I can't speak highly enough about ifixit.

This company is right for today's (Moore's Law) Tech products. Where new products are obsolete almost immediately. Their marketing attitude is honest and upfront and it the case of their 2014 April Fools email, very funny (effective). In business school I remembered a lesson where if a consumer receives good service he may tell one or two people, where if he receives bad service he will tell as many that will listen. I'm changing the paradigm, everyone should know how good ifixit is, I'm telling everyone!
