Mijn probleem
My 2 year old 4 Iphone was getting slower and slower. It is current on all software upgrades but I didn't want to upgrade to another Iphone at this point. Then I was finding I had to charge it at least 2-3 times a day. When I goggled the question why I was told possible problem was weak or old battery. I saw your site and video and figured I give it a shot, the worse that could happen was I'd have to break down and get another phone, so I ordered the battery with repair tools kit from your site. It arrived within 5 days.
Mijn oplossing
I know many of people won't think this is a big deal to do, but to me it was. I am not comfortable with opening anything that involves technology etc for fear of ruining the device. I either brought an item to a repair shop or just replaced it. However, the video with the step by step instructions gave me the courage to do this and I decided to give it a shot and I am so pleased and thrilled that I did it.

When you show the part of lifting off the battery connector I would have liked to have seen how the antenna contact area looked like close up, prior to lifting off the battery connector, then I would have known exactly how to place it back in the spot. Again not feeling confident with taking items apart I didn't notice how it was actually placed and kept turning it over and around. Finally I got it in place and closed up everything. I expected the phone to instantly come on but then realized that it had to be charged once I saw the "apple" I knew all was well.
